CSA Palm Harbor is dedicated to enriching and building our community through affordable, quality and safe park facilities, recreational programs, events, outreach and community services by building connections with our residents, businesses and partners.
CSA Palm Harbor is the local non-profit that is charged with managing parks, recreation and leisure services within the unincorporated community of Palm Harbor, Florida.
Since Palm Harbor isn’t a local municipality, but rather a census-designated place, we don’t have a city or town government. In 1985, the residents of our community voted to tax themselves and created the Palm Harbor Community Services District. Within this district, residents are taxed for recreation and library services, benefiting CSA Palm Harbor, Palm Harbor Library and the East Lake Community Library. It’s important to note that only a portion of our budget is composed of tax dollars – the rest is dependent upon proceeds from our fundraisers, special events, rentals and programs run for the community, as well as from the support of our youth sports organizations and business partners.
We’re different than the rest, and we’re proud of that! Our programs and camps are open to all, regardless of residency or finances! From our community activity facility to our parks and banquet centers, we offer a lot to our community. Come see why we’re different and explore with us!
