REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFO
Registration will be open on 2/13/18 for all camp programs and is done on a first-come, first-served basis. We have online registration that is available 24/7 and payment can be made using any major credit card at the time you sign up. You may also stop in to The Centre and register during normal business hours.
- Camp Adventure registrations requires the first week of registered camp must be paid in full at time of registration. Additional registered camp weeks will require a $25 deposit (per child, per week) to hold your child’s space and will be due at time of registration. For example, you register your child for 11 weeks of Camp Adventure. At the time of registration you will pay for week #1 ($125). And, you will also need to pay an additional $250 (10 weeks x $25) to hold your child’s spot in the camp for weeks #2 through week #11. The $25 deposit will be applied to the cost of each week and final payment for each week is due one (1) week prior to the camp start date.
This camp fills up fast every summer, so make sure to make payments on time otherwise you may lose your spot!
- Sports, Specialty and Nature Camps must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your child’s space in the program. This is due to the high demand of these camps and the need for instructors to be aware of registration numbers in advance.
Camper Information. You must e-sign a waiver upon registration. No child will be admitted to camp without the waiver being signed. Camper emergency information is also collected at the time of registration. Be sure to complete all the requested information, including emergency contacts, pick up information, allergies, etc. This information is required for your camper’s participation in our camps. No child will be allowed to participate in any camp program until we have this information.
